Over the last decade, three dengue fever outbreaks occurred in the U.S. In response to these outbreaks various public health interventions were employed. Researchers from the Center for Biosecurity reported on these outbreaks and the public health interventions in Emerging Infectious Diseases in April 2012. In this podcast with CDC's National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases, Dr. Amesh Adalja discusses these dengue fever outbreaks in the United States.
