Professional Profile

Ms. Hosangadi is an Analyst at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security and a Research Associate at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her primary research interests include emerging infectious diseases, vaccine access and optimization, antimicrobial resistance, and public health policy and preparedness.

Ms. Hosangadi has worked at the World Health Organization and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, optimizing vaccine policy and assessing vaccine impact. She earned an MSPH degree in global disease epidemiology and control from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2017, where she focused on assessing disease burden of bacterial enteropathogens in the context of vaccine development. While at JHSPH, she earned a certificate in vaccine science and policy.

Ms. Hosangadi has a BS in microbiology from the Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College, where she conducted research in antibiotic development.
